Long time for payment

I am a subcontractor, I was working with resipro, it is National company, they close operations in New Jersey the last December, I invoiced a property or job in December 03/2020 it is complete today more than 60 days, I got answered from this company, “ this property still under review”

If this is a commercial property then you would have 90 days from your last date of work to file the lien. If it is a residential property then you would have 60 days from your last day of work to begin that lien process. You will need to check your contract to see how much time they have to review your invoices before approval. If they are beyond the time for approving or denying an invoice, and they have not given you any indication of whether it will be approved or rejected, Respiro may be subject to liability under the Prompt Payment Act in addition to the money owed. More information would be needed to properly address how to deal with your situation, however.
