I did a job of pulling 2 trees and the stumps for someone because the renter said they were going to destroy the roof of the house she consulted with the owner and the house was saved. The owner of said house still has not paid for the service and is about to sell the house I think it has been too long for payment and even to file a lein I need some advice on how to get paid before it is way too late.???? What do I do
