If there was a title search during escrow and they saw that there as a lien for services rendered how can they sell the property can I get my funds that was put into the facility.

It depends on when the lien was created. Where a mechanic's lien is recorded, the lien claimant must file suit to enforce the lien within 90 days after it is recorded. If suit is not filed within the required time, the lien becomes void. The owner can then file a petition to remove the lien and, if granted, the owner can recover attorney fees and costs incurred in getting the lien removed.
