I am looking to extend my lien on a property. I judgement lien will last 10years vs a normal lien 1 year. I have not found an atty that can handle my claim. I need more time.
Hi, thank you for clarifying your question. You are probably correct in assuming you will likely need the help of an attorney. Levelset is not a law firm, so the best I can do for you is provide you a list of Louisiana construction attorneys https://www.levelset.com/payment-help/experts/construction-lawyer/louisiana/ .
If you are in the New Olreans area, the D'Arcy Vicknair law firm might be a good place to start. However, I cannot guarantee that they will be able to assist you as I do not represent their law firm.
