I am a drywall subcontractor that worked for GC (KTM) Their law firm send me a letter saying the lien is invalid on its face and was wrongfully filed. I send request to LEVELSET to file a lien on 4-05-2022 (10 days before the 90 days), but Levelset filed the lien on 4-25-2022. I got copies of the liens and letters, also I sent on March to the GC the Notice to Intent to file a lien. Also, in case the lien is filed late what about my retainage (10%). Please I need help.
