Levelset has yet to send my Arbitration Demand out. They have collected my payment for their services and now the deadline of the Arbitration demand has passed which was yesterday 12-10-21. Is this going to penalize my chances of filling/collecting on the lien?
The timing for New Jersey residential liens can be tricky with the obligation to serve the Notice of Unpaid Balance (the "NUB"), the AAA arbitration demand, and then the actual lien in a timely manner.
