Labor Warranty

Arkansas

We purchase new vinyl siding and windows from a supplier whom also done their own installation as part of the purchase agreement, which also stated, "Limited lifetime warranty on materials" and "2 year Labor Warranty". As soon as the outside air temperature started changing from summer to winter we began to see places all over where the siding has started warping, buckling, and have other deformities leaving gaps where the panels overlap. I called the company and reported the situation, which they agreed to have someone look at it. On the day we scheduled an inspection they sent the same person whom installed the siding whom never notified us he was there to inspect, he simply walked around the house once and left. After a few days I called the store again when I was told they looked and cannot find any issues caused by the installation. After several weeks the company owner agreed to come inspect himself and has never shown up. Other local contractors have looked and each had said the same that the siding installed incorrectly by not allowing room for expansion and contraction. The manufacturer also give this same response. What must I do to get this problem fixed as it's allowing water to get behind the siding that's potentially could causing more serious damage as a result?
