There are numerous online services that will conduct lien search services for a fee. As I'm unfamiliar with the business reputation nor reporting accuracy of any particular service, I can't make an educated recommendation. However, to the extent the data is a matter of public record, any service will likely provide reporting consistent with county records data for a subject property.
That said, you can easily obtain the information yourself via https://publicrecords.netronline.com/. Navigate to the county recorder, assessor or clerk's online records portal. With rare exception being primarily rural areas, you should be able to locate lien information on a subject property yourself. Contact phone numbers for all U.S. county offices are provided if an online search is incomplete or unavailable.
