Is there a case for unjust enrichment?

Arizona

I have a realtor who said they would do the designs on my property as I was renovating it and was planning to put it on the market. After getting through most of the renovations, which were already going to happen before I met here, I decided I did not want to sell the property and let the realtor know. I did sign a right to sell document with them. They then called me and said that I owe them for their design services and they usually charge $10,000 but they would only charge me $6,000. I was never told about these fees until then. I told them I would pay $1,500 because $6,000 seemed too steep. After messaging back and forth about this, as I want the conversations to be documented, they even said that they were not going to charge me if the house sold. So we both went into the situation with the understanding that there would not be a charge for the design services. Can they come after me for the $6,000? Also, I would never have agreed to have them do the designs if I would have known the fee because, like I mentioned above, I was already planning to do all of the work before I even met them. Thank you for your help with this matter.
