I'm an owner of a staging company. We staged a big property and only got paid for the first month. 8 months later the property got a buyer and we picked our furniture up while being assured that the overdue invoices will be paid from escrow. The seller then backed out and now is refusing to pay although his name and signature are on the contract. What do I do? The bill is over $20k.
