Had pay app notarized but the gc wanted me to change the amounts after the notary?

No, once a document has been notarized, it cannot be altered. If you need to change the amounts listed a new document must be executed along with a new notarization. Although your GC may accept it, if problems arise down the line, the validity of these documents can be called into question.
