What kind of lien can be filed against a truck repair shop that did faulty work(knowingly) causing my truck engine to burn our requiring $20k worth of repairs and approx. $40k in lost revenue?

The only lien that can be filed against the repair shop is a judgment lien. You cannot get a judgment lien unless you file a lawsuit and have the court enter a judgment, a process that can take anywhere between six months and a couple years depending on a number of factors. There is nothing like a mechanic's lien for retail or repair customers.
