Both a GC and a subcontractor are listed as lienors on the same lien. The GC provided verification. The sub did not.

I've not heard of claimants jointly filing mechanics lien claims. If two separate parties are trying to stake a claim via the same lien, presumably, both parties would need to verify the document. But again, this isn't an issue I'm familiar with - and it's possible that the lien may be valid.
