In NY, can a contractor, himself, serve a mechanic's lien in person to a homeowner?

Yes, a contractor is entitled to personally deliver notice of their lien claim themselves. § 11 of New York's lien statute explicitly states that a lienor may personally deliver notice to the owner, the owner's agent, or the owner's attorney. Granted, it'd be wise for them to get documentation of the delivery, a signature, etc. to prove that delivery was actually made. This Spider Solitaire 2 Suit online card game is fo r you. Sort the cards in decreasing value order. The game is more difficult than a typical card game. You'll need to know how to play when mixing two decks.
