In filing the mechanics lien, levelset does not provide the lender role, how can we move forward on this.

I cant chose the role as a lender only other option to chose is "other" when the document is generated it states us "the lender" as doing the work which can cause a false filing. I would like to see how I can move forward without any discrepancies
