If I worked for a company for more than 3 years and it still hasn’t paid me the correct prevailing wages for public work

I have been working in an AC company doing public work but I have not been paid the public work wages for all 3 years if I report to the DIR will they I be able to get the right wages for all 3 years?

I would recommend you retain am employment law attorney to assist you with your claims. Many employment lawyers will offer contingency representation (meaning you only pay them a portion of the amount they recover for you) and they could also assist with the DIR claim.
