If I double-filed an NOC for a townhome building, but one NOC has the wrong addresses on it, can you delete the bad one?
I'm worried this will become an issue when one of the homeowners sells their unit and has to close out these NOCs.
The Instrument # for the inaccurate NOC is 2020135589.

Yes - Florida Notices of Commencement may be terminated by filing a Notice of Termination of Notice of Commencement or amended by filing an Amended Notice of Commencement. If you need help with this, online services - like Levelset - can help, as well as other services, attorneys, etc.
Finally, if this is in reference to an order that's been placed via the Levelset platform - you should contact the Levelset Support team or your account manager, and they can help you get things sorted out.
