I worked for a subcontractor on a pw job and did not get pw i asked the sub i worked for about it and he said he did not get it
I would try to get in touch with the union. The union would be very interested to know that a sub and sub-tier sub were not getting prevailing wage on a PW project. The union could put the pressure on to make sure that the prime contractor was properly paying its contractors.
