The fence company I work for has 3 employees including myself...my boss my laborer and myself. My boss wants me to resume work by myself am I ok to do so?

Construction is pretty limited in New York. However, if there will only be 1 worker on the project site, then the restrictions on construction go away and work can continue.
Looking to section 9 of New York's guidance on essential businesses - construction is restricted unless the work is necessary for safety and health of the occupants, or unless it's on public works or healthcare projects. However, to quote: "For purposes of this section construction work does not include a single worker, who is the sole employee/worker on a job site."
