i work at an automotive shop, my son and the owner made a deal on some work to be done to my sons truck. a handshake deal. when it was all said and done, my son did not go thru with his part of the deal. it has been 3 months and they have not come to an agreement. i did not want my son too lose his truck, because of there being no contract the mechanic was going to sell it to get his money. so i paid what was owed. now i need to get my money back. i have possession of the truck, and just want what i had to pay
