I need help with filing a lein

MassachusettsLien DeadlinesLien PriorityMechanics Lien

I have already set the notice of intent. it has been over 14 days. I did send it certified mail, but have not received the returned signature card. I need to file asap, before the property changes ownership.

I would be happy to help. You do not need a notice of lien in MA.
