I need help getting paid from an importer who has a importers bond in California
Have you tried contacting the bond company directly? Typically, the bond company will start a claim with as simple as a written request...if they need follow up information or documents to process the claim, they'll let you know. The CSLB website typically lists out bond information (company, number, etc) to get you started.
