I'm in Texas on a prevailing wage job and not getting the prevailing wage but the pipefitting crew is why?

The prevailing wage for plumbers should be this:
Plumber* Ratio 3/2 – Apprentice $34.35 Base + $9.79 Fringe Benefit = $44.14 total. 

As to why you are not receiving it, that is a question for the GC.
