I'm a licensed landscape contractor, completed a job within the agreed timeframe, exactly as designed and accord

NevadaRight to Lien

I'm a licensed landscape contractor, completed a job within the agreed timeframe, exactly as designed and according to the signed contract. There is no GC, the work was directly contracted with me and there were no subcontractors. The work was just completed 4 days ago and a detailed invoice provided that same day showing the amounts paid and balance due. There are no change orders so this is specific to the amount they contracted to pay for the work we agreed to complete and did. They say they are unhappy with the work thought will not say why, it looks exactly as the design does but they are refusing to pay the final payment post our walk thru. What can we do?

You have a right to record a lien against the property and if they do not pay, then you can file a lawsuit to foreclose on the lien. In order for me to advise you further, I need You should speak to a construction attorney and discuss the lien process so that you do not lose your rights. If you would like to schedule an initial consultation, please call 702-388-0404 and my assistant can set it up for you. Please know that we charge a discounted rate for initial consultations of $200 for up to the first hour. I look to hear from you.
