Filed the lien, and it's like she has fallen off the face of the earth. Before time limits are over, what can I do now? Can I sue any assets from her bank account? She's already been paid by the insurance co.

The lien doesn't allow you to garnish or seize any assets; it simply secures your rights. To obtain your money you will need to make demand on the owner and to file to perfect your lien, by filing a lawsuit against the owner. Please let me know if I can assist or answer any other questions. Richard Storrs (404) 500-6302 rstorrs@storrslaw.com
