I have an llc in Panama city beach FL and worked at a house with several estimates all work has been finished except a tile shower. Not included in lien. There was work i did on this property like installing new doors and base trim that was not on estimate but did them. Plus miscellaneous items the total amount of extras 3300.00 now homeowner refused to pay.
