We are the general contractor preforming the reconstruction of a church and would like to record the contract. I had added the customer to Levelset as "other" property and cannot find the affidavit to record the contract.
It would be commercial, since it is not residential. There are two categories for purposes of Texas mechanic's lien laws: commercial and residential.
