I signed a letter of completion, but now there are issues with the quality of the job. They are filing a Notice of intent to Lien for non payment. What are my options? Thank You!

The answers to most of these questions are going to be determined by the terms of your written agreement. Nevertheless, you have the option to take the contractor to court and have a judge determine the compensation for delays, compensation for the poor quality of the work, determine that the contractor was not entitled to increase the price, and determine that the mechanics' lien is invalid.
