I am a General Contractor building a commercial staff building for an organization in Three Rivers,, Michigan

MichiganCoronavirusSubstantial Completion

The organization is in need to finish this project for several reasons. 1. The staff members are without a home as of right now, and desperately need to have us finish this project, so they can move in. 2. Financially we only have a certain amount of time to finish this project. Is it possible that we can proceed with a small crew and finish this project?

A residential project that's necessary to house individuals during this coronavirus shutdown is likely permissible. Residential construction work can continue in Michigan if it's necessary "to maintain the safety, sanitation, and essential operations of a residence during the emergency, including projects immediately necessary to restore the habitability of a residence."
