How would the lien affect the company invoiced?

CaliforniaPreliminary Notice

On all of my invoices I have #subject to a mechanics lien if not paid within 30 days. So that should count as a preliminary notice? I’ve done work for a restoration company and there not paying the amount invoiced. How would the mechanics lien affect them? Thanks B.

If you contracted with the owner, and there is no lender, a prelim is not necessary. That your invoices say your client is subject to a mechanic's lien is not a prelim.
