I will be doing work in Florida. My company is established in Georgia. I need to set up my LLC to do work in Florida.
There is a form you can fill out on the Florida Division of Corporations website (www.Sunbiz.org) to register your Georgia corporation to do business in Florida. This form includes a place to create Florida articles of incorporation. If you do not fee comfortable doing this on your own, a Florida attorney should be able to help you at a reasonable cost.
