I assume you are referring to the work experience requirement to be a licensed contractor in Florida.
Work experience information is provided on the application itself. The application simply asks for some general information such as employer name and address, project information, and your role on the project. The more information provided, the better. Unfortunately, as far as the specifics concerning proof of experience for licensing purposes, is a bit out of my realm of expertise.
