We have started a project with Architectural Materials and have completed and delivered 98% of the project but they aren't providing a balance payment or preliminary information for the job. We have been requesting this for several weeks now and they have completely ignored our request. we have also already spoken with two of your reps and recommended us to speak with someone higher up in the ranks. We are willing and ready to go legal with this if needed.
