How can I get my money from transfer of lien to security when done at clerk of courts? I am the lienor. I put a lien on property, contractor transferred it to surety bond.
I need next step to get my money.

You will have to file a lawsuit to recover the funds from the bond. It is the same process as foreclosing a lien, just now you are foreclosing against the bond instead. Most clerks will only release the bond once a court orders them to.
