How many days do you have to file certified payroll after the end of the work week? If it ends on 3-13-2020 what do does it need to be turned in by?

Generally, certified payrolls must be submitted weekly. And, it makes sense to submit this when payroll is run - so submitting Fridays will often make a lot of sense. Because I don't have personal experience with submitting certified payrolls, I'm not sure if there's some expected lag time there, or if a grace period is allowed for submitting payrolls. However, reaching out to your customer and/or to the public agency in charge of the project would provide a lot of clarity as to what's expected on the job. Further, reaching out to a prevailing wage specialist - like a construction accountant or an attorney familiar with prevailing wages and certified payrolls - should provide some clarity there, too.
