How many days after filing a stop work notice can I file a lien?

California

I am a subcontractor for the pool industry. I've sent a stop work notice for my client and I'm wondering how long I'd have to wait prior to sending the lien notice?

You must file a lien within 90 days of substantial completion of the entire project if no Notice of Completion or Cessation (NOC) was recorded (mostly found on public jobs). The lien period is sixty days from the recording date of a NOC if one was recorded. The lien period is not affected by a stop work notice. I’m happy to answer any questions you have about this.
