I'm not sure whether there have been delays in filing Maryland mechanics liens. But, if you're looking to file a lien in Maryland, contacting a local Maryland attorney should provide some input there. With that being said: As of now, it sounds like Maryland courts have begun their reopening plans, so I imagine that delays are minimal compared to the past few weeks and months.
