Hello, I have a remodel about to end and the owner wants me gone by Wednesday of this week and he keeps adding things to do so I don't fulfill the original contract, which I am not doing until I'm done with work on original contract I'm worried he's not going to pay me the amount due. The house is in the process of closing soon if I put a lien on house will It be processed before closing?
