How long after the lien has been filled can I pursue other means of collection? How do I enforce collection on late fee
I filled a lien against my clients for failure to pay for material cost. This was since may 24th. Their account is still accruing late fees, how do I collect on all monies owed? when can I legally foreclose on their property?

You generally have up to a year after you file a mechanic's lien claim to file a complaint to enforce it. There can be workarounds, but this is a good working rule. Interest on amounts owed is not something you can add into the complaint to enforce the lien though. Your better option in that regard is a claim for breach of contract - which may entitle you to some damages other than interest depending on the circumstances.
