When the subcontractor completed their electronic waiver, and uploads scans of THEIR subcontractors' lien waiver, is that scan legally binding and protecting the GC?
If the sub-subcontractor is signing an appropriate lien waiver, then whether it is transmitted to the GC physically or electronically does not impact the waiver. Florida recognizes the validity of scanned documents.
