if i pulled a permit and is already aproved, and i didnt know about the notice of comencment... should i still need to do something? if so, how should i proceed? the job is done, and paid. it was a fence with miami dade county permit issued and already passed inspection and was aproved
I'm not sure how you received a permit without a notice of commencement, but if the project is complete, approved, and paid for, then there is likely no need to record a notice of commencement.
