New carpet was installed in our home. It was installed incorrectly due to the inaccurate measurement from the provider and they had to "piece it together in the living room which left seams that are clearly visible. We want the carpet in that area replaced. However, the provider has refused to meet with us at her place of business. She is never available either by phone or if we show up at her store.
