Since a bond claim has already been filed, you should have a copy of the payment bond. The surety's contact information should be included in the bond itself. If not, and you know the name of the surety company, you can simply search online for their contact information.
If however, you don't have the surety name in hand, a simple, written request for bond information to the general contractor, or government entity in charge of the project will typically result in getting the information you need.
