We filed a lien against a property on 7/2/2020 and can not get any action on payment. What can we do now to try to get our money as the hotel has all the goods and refuses to pay blaming it on COVID.

A contractor must next file a lawsuit in court to "foreclose the lien". Alternatively, the contractor may file a lawsuit claiming "breach of contract".
