We're on a project where the NOC hasn't been filed but want to know how to file a lien against the project.
In essence, you have 90 days from "actual completion" of the project to record a mechanis lien when there is no proper NOC recorded. Timing is tricky because you want to be sure you are done with your scope of work before recording or you risk having a premature lien.

Hello. You can file a lien on personal property that has been left in the ownership of another person, such as a rented storage facility, or if you have performed labor or service on it but have not been reimbursed. These forms of liens are not required to be registered in the Personal Property Registry System cupcake 2048
