I have put a mechanic's lien on a ex-customer house due to none payment. I wanted to take things a step further and take her to collection's. How can I proceed with this.
Thanks

There are a number of steps that can help to force payment after a mechanics lien has been filed. Before pursuing another course of action, it's usually a good idea to try and negotiate payment. And, even if those talks aren't going anywhere, sending a Notice of Intent to Foreclose can be useful for shaking things up. Still, sending a debt to collections can be effective as well. For help with that, you can reach out directly to a collections professional here: Colorado Construction Collectors. Further, here's a list of top collection agencies for construction companies.
