I am a construction worker with my Grandfather years ago in a company he made me part owner of, since then my Grandfather died and his children has been harassing me on nukes that I don't keep around my construction site, how do I take my legal right as owner and co-owner of the construction company and get rid of the relatives who are reniggling my corporate money in substitutions? And how do I find the company names my Grandfather used to keep himself separated from his family owning his rights after his death

Business registrations are generally filed with the North Carolina Secretary of State. One way to see if you've been listed as a registered co-owner may be to perform a quick Secretary of State business search. Alternatively, they may be able to provide more assistance if you contact their office directly. If there's no documentation showing you were listed as a co-owner with the state or otherwise with the grandfather's estate - that might be an uphill battle. But, still - if you've made contributions to the business over the years and can prove that, you should be able to protect your interest. Finally, if there's not an easy way to show that you were an official co-owner of the business, or if it looks like the dispute may get ugly, it would be a good idea to consult with a North Carolina attorney before things get out of hand. They'll be able to review all relevant circumstances and documentation then advise on your next steps for getting paid.
