I had a mechanics lien filed against one of my investment properties in Morgantown WV. The Monogalia Co date stamp on the lien filing was 7/2/20. I checked with the Mon office of the clerk and no suit has been filed for collections. We are now a month and a half past the 6 month code deadline for claimant action and I want to know how I have the lien removed from my property.
