I did a lien on some property I got it all filed with Denver Clerk recorders they title people called to have me verify my signature. To get paid then 2 days later she called and said she wasn't not paying the there is no lien on the property I went to Denver Clerk of recorders to see it the lien was still on the property and he said yes the lien is still there and it is goodTgey are selling that house on the sept 30th what can I do to make sure I get paid
