what i am looking for is a form that i can use as a subcontractor to give to a General Contractor that put us in an agreement that he will pay progressive payments for work completed according to a S.O.V. Even if they have not been paid by the owner. they are obligated to cover cost for my company to perform the contracted work. Materials ,suppliers etc...
